MenoProAccount Deletion
You can delete your account and its associated data at any time. Here is how.
1. Delete from the app
Open the app and go to Settings › Account › Delete account, then confirm. Deletion is processed immediately.
2. Request by email
If you cannot access the app, email a request to [PLACEHOLDER — support email] from the address registered on your account.
3. What gets deleted
Your profile data, preferences and user-generated content are removed. Some records may be anonymized instead.
4. Retention
Data required by legal or tax obligations may be retained for the period required by law and then erased.
